1927 Austin Seven "Chummy" Tourer is nicknamed the “Baby Austin,” the 7 was considered a people's economy car and was produced from 1922-1939 in the United Kingdom. The Austin 7 was considerably smaller than the same period model T produced in the United States. With a wheel base of just 6 feet 3 inches, the Chummy was power by a 747 cc 4-cylinder engine producing 10.5 horsepower. A three-speed manual transmission was integral to the engine and available in a variety of gear ratios. It was also available in a variety of chassis.
